Favorite characters from each race
This is a fun one! Much easier than having to choose an ultimate favorite! I assume, that is. I haven't started thinking about my choices yet, so it remains to be seen. :) Here goes...
Of Hobbits: You know, I would love to say Sam here. He was always my favorite in the first three movies, and, now that I think about it, probably still is. Sam is, well, Sam. He's gentle, loyal, kind, and willing to do whatever necessary to protect Frodo. Honorable mention goes to Bilbo, though. Talk about character development! I like him pretty much as as well as I like Sam.
Of Elves: Legolas! I love Elrond too *sniff*, but Legolas has to be my all-time favorite elf. He's just pure awesomeness, and I love his and Gimli's rivalry/friendship in the movies. :)
Of Dwarves: Thorin. Again, character development. So many feels. SO MANY.
Of Men: In the movies (which is what we are talking about right now), my favorite is Aragorn. In the books, it's Faramir because Reasons. Aragorn is such a good character. He is strong and noble, yet not arrogant at all, and fulfills his birthright as king in the end.
Of the Istari: Gandalf. Really the only acceptable choice, although Christopher Lee's Saruman was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. I especially love him in the Hobbit movies.
All right, peoples! Stay tuned for 26 more days!
Blessings,
Reyna
